DESIGNING OF BUILDING INSTALLATION AND OR INFRASTRUCTURE WITH THE FOLLOWING AS GUIDELINES

LIGHTING:

• Specific lighting requirements for partitioned offices and/or open plan office space (workstations).
• Special up light/down lighting effects at entrance foyers etc.
• Create special effects with up lighting on building facade.

POWER DISTRIBUTION:

Power distribution methods to partitioned offices and open plan office space
(I,e. distribution via false floor in ceilings or in powerskirting etc.)

EMERGENCY POWER REQUIREMENTS:

Emergency supply to specific area's and equipment as per clients requirements.

UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY:

Uninterruptible power supplies to computer or sensitive equipment.
